Electrostatic

Good rule of thumb: To determine direction of electroforce, via attraction lets say particle 1 is exerting on particle 2 ( F21F_{21}) and they have opposite signs, to bring particle 2 towards particle 1 (attraction ), it is towards itself. The opposite is applicable for repulsion.
