2.3.2 and 2.3.3 The Equilibrium Law

When a closed chemical system is at equilibrium, the ratio of the equilibrium concentrations of the reactants and products raised to the power of their stoichiometric coefficients is a constant.

Along with the previous conditions, the temperature must be constant — these observations is what essentially makes the Equilibrium Law. This constant is called the equilibrium constant, KK.
